Commemorate American Diabetes Month this November with some helpful information on the connection between diabetes and your weight. Hear an NFRH physician speak and visit with representatives from the American Diabetes Association to get some valuable information.


The program will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. If you wish to visit any of the informational tables or speak with the physician prior to the program, you may arrive anytime between 4:45 and 5:30 p.m.
